The Practice Administrator was created because we recognized a gap in the set of resources available to those managing physician and dental practices. Our team has served as practice administrators for large and small practices, but we've also been on the vendor side speaking to hundreds of physician and dental groups across the country. There are plenty of trade associations that offer member only or paid portals but no real place online to collaborate with like minded individuals and physician/dental practice leaders.

It's a lonely road as the leader of your practice and we've been there. It feels like your fighting your physicians and medical staff on one hand and the front desk and billing team on the other. It shouldn't be that lonely and we wanted to give people a chance to share their thoughts but also provide insightful tools to actually make the practice administrator job easier.
